Reservations
Memorial Park Conservancy offers reservations for picnic areas and pavilions within Clay Family Eastern Glades, Picnic Loop, the Northside Picnic Areas and Volleyball Courts.
Reservations can be made up to two months in advance. There is not a limit on guest count at this time.

Picnic Areas
Memorial Park has many picnic areas throughout the Park. Certain picnic areas are available on a first come-first served basis, while others are available for advance reservations. Reservations are required for gatherings larger than 75 people. You can view the permit calendar to check availability.
Online reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. For reservations inquiries less than 2 weeks in advance, please fill out this Rental Agreement or the Eastern Glades Rental Application and Agreement. Email these documents in their entirety to reservations@memorialparkconservancy.org.
Applications are reviewed and awarded through Memorial Park Conservancy’s reservation evaluation process and are subject to availability.

How much does it cost to reserve a picnic area in Eastern Glades?
Croquet Court
The croquet courts are adjacent to the Memorial Park Tennis Center and serve as the home courts of the Houston Croquet Association.
Flat-soled shoes are required at all times on the croquet courts. No chairs or temporary structures may be placed on the courts at any time.

Golf Course
The Memorial Park Golf Course is managed by the City of Houston. For reservations, click here.
Sports Fields

Tennis
The tennis courts are managed by the City of Houston. For reservations, click here.
Volleyball Courts
The volleyball courts are located within the Memorial Park Sports Complex across from the Tennis Center located at the north side of the Park. There are four sand volleyball courts surrounded grassy area and benches.

Special Events
Memorial Park Conservancy is able to accommodate special events and run/walk type events on a limited basis in the Park. To inquire about the possibility of hosting your next big event in the Park or for additional information, please contact the Conservancy via email at events@memorialparkconservancy.org
