Plastic Free July is a global movement that empowers individuals to be part of the solution to plastic pollution. Launched in 2011 by the Plastic Free Foundation, this month-long campaign has raised awareness of single-use plastic items and shares practical solutions to reduce waste. Since its inception, Plastic Free July has inspired 100+ million participants in 190 countries to challenge their friends, families, and coworkers to reduce single-use plastic waste.
