Deck the Park at Memorial Park 2024, presented by Chevron!

Tickets to Deck the Park are sold out. Holiday Lights will remain on display, free for the public to enjoy from December 7 through January 5 at Clay Family Eastern Glades.

Memorial Park Conservancy is thrilled to announce the return of its annual holiday celebration, Deck the Park, proudly presented by Chevron!

All ages are invited to join in the holiday celebration, featuring a variety of enjoyable, family-friendly activities. Highlights include cookie decorating, a tree lighting ceremony, an outdoor screening of the holiday classic Home Alone, delightful holiday characters, and festive refreshments like apple cider and hot cocoa, and much more.

Deck the Park kicks off Memorial Park’s Holiday Lights, presented CenterPoint Energy Foundation, which will remain lit for the public through January 5, 2025.

Tickets: Pre-sale tickets can be purchased for $5 for both children and adults until November 30. Children 2 years old and under are free.
After November 30, tickets will be available for $10 online, as space allows.

Guests will have several opportunities to capture memorable moments at beautifully decorated stations throughout Clay Family Eastern Glades. Be on the lookout for your favorite holiday characters as they stroll around the event, providing fantastic photo opportunities. Plus, Santa Claus is making a special appearance!

The Tree Lighting Ceremony is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., followed by an outdoor screening of Home Alone at 7 p.m. We’ve got the popcorn covered!

Experience delightful activities for the entire family, including cookie decorating, writing letters to Santa, and indulging at a S’mores station!

Festive carts will offer delicious hot cocoa and warm apple cider for sale.
Complimentary local craft beer from Eureka Heights and craft cider from City Orchard will be available for guests aged 21 and over while supplies last!

If you’re feeling hungry, make your way to Live Oak Court, where a selection of food trucks will be ready to satisfy your cravings. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. However, glass containers and outside alcohol are prohibited.

We’ve got a great line up of Food Trucks that will have items for sale. BootShooters BBQ, Fluffy’s Bistro and Homies H-Town will offer a wonderful variety of options for every culinary preference!

Parking: Clay Family Eastern Glades has parking on-site. Paid parking ($2 for 3 hours) is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Clay Family Eastern Glades lot, Fitness Center lot, and Golf Course lot. Free street parking is available along Memorial Loop Drive. Refer to the Memorial Park parking map for more parking options.
