Starting Monday July 25, West Memorial Loop will be closed from the light at Memorial Drive to the turnaround near the Tennis Center in order to convert Memorial Loop into a two-lane street. This means, the entirety of Memorial Loop will be a two-lane street. The turnaround will also be converted into a two-way roundabout. 

Memorial Loop will only be accessible from the Westcott Street entrances, Arnot Street, and from the light at East Memorial Loop.  

This work will last approximately one month. During this time, West Memorial Loop will not be accessible to vehicular traffic and parking along this road will not be available. As such, free parking will be temporarily available at the Sports Complex Wet Lot across from the Tennis Center.  

This project aims to provide greater accessibility to the Park and improve Park user experience. Parking areas along West Memorial Loop will remain free after the project is complete.
